Roasting
Lazy Sunday is light roast that is pleasant on the palate. It mellows and becomes a warm hug to your senses. The cocoa influences from Latin America smooth the brew while Africa adds citrus notes to bring the balance. The result is a coffee that is a great drink by itself, or paired with milk chocolate or cake. It also goes well with lemon drizzle cakes or vanilla sponges well.
We recommend the French Press method to brew this coffee. Heating your vessel by adding water that has just been boiled will keep it warm. After brewing, let it sit for four minutes, this will ensure that the grounds are completely saturated and not over extracted. The water must be pushed through using the plunger. Do not stir or agitate your coffee as it can cause unpleasant elements to appear in your cup.

Strength - 3 is a little softer and easygoing, perfect for weekend getaways.
